By booking with AG Worldwide, you agree to our terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Prices are subject to

change without notice due to currency fluctuations, government regulations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Hotels and airlines retain the right to modify rates without notice. If such changes occur, the rates quoted before the modification may be adjusted accordingly. All hotel bookings adhere to the usual check-in and checkout times unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.

AG Worldwide is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the travel period. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected incidents. Travelers must comply with health requirements and advisories for their destination. Special requests, such as dietary requirements or wheelchair assistance, should be communicated at the time of booking but are not guaranteed.

AG Worldwide is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any other unforeseen incidents. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the pre-set limit agreed with our acquiring bank.

Charges vary for domestic and international credit and debit cards. Domestic corporate cards have different transaction charges. AG Worldwide is not responsible for any incorrect details provided by the agent during the online payment process.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the traveler must be made in writing, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers and may include cancellation fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

AG Worldwide reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Certain services, such as special promotions or last-minute bookings, are

non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving a cancellation request and will be issued through the original payment method. Any refund, if applicable, can be used as an advance payment against future services availed by the agent for their clients or themselves.
